Shipping & Warm Weather Policy

Nom Nom Nattsu is made with real couverture chocolate (and zero weird stabilisers), it can soften in warm weather.

I take extra care to make sure your order arrives in the best possible condition — but chocolate is sensitive, and summer requires a little extra love.

Summer Shipping Schedule

During warmer months:

• Orders are shipped Monday–Wednesday only
• This avoids parcels sitting in transit over the weekend
• If temperatures reach 30°C or higher, I may delay dispatch
• I also check the forecast at your delivery destination, not just here in Melbourne

How Your Order Is Packed

Every parcel is carefully packed to protect your chocolate:

• Wrapped in foil bubble insulation
• Extra cushioning to reduce heat exposure
• Ice packs may be added when necessary

All orders are sent via Australia Post and include a tracking number so you can monitor delivery.

Express Post (Highly Recommended in Summer)

During summer, I strongly recommend choosing Express Post to reduce transit time.

The less time your chocolate spends in trucks and depots, the better.

Delivery Tips

Please make sure:

• Someone is home to receive the parcel OR
• There is a safe, shaded place for it to be left

Even better? Leave out a small esky or cool box at your front door with an ice pack inside and add these delivery instructions at checkout.

Chocolate doesn’t love sitting in the sun, even for a short time.

A Quick Note

While I take every precaution possible, once your parcel has been delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer. Please bring your package inside as soon as possible.
