Hi, I’m Lyn, the founder of Nom Nom Nattsu
What started as a love of baking has turned into a whole new adventure. For over 10 years, I’ve been in the food world. Running my own businesses, experimenting with recipes, and always finding joy in creating something delicious to share. Nom Nom Nattsu was born from that passion and from a little pivot in my journey.
I used to run a baking business, but I found the market was just too saturated and it was difficult to find a point of difference. I wanted to create something new, something different. That’s when the idea for Nom Nom Nattsu came about. As far as I know, this is the first time anyone has taken the humble chocolate coated almond and given it a glow up with toffee and a variety of flavours. It’s a snack that feels familiar, but also completely unique.
This is a small family business, built batch by batch, with care in every step. We’re roasting, toffee-coating, and layering chocolate by hand—because we believe that little details make a big difference.
I’m genuinely excited to be building this brand from the ground up. There’s so much to explore—new flavours, new ways of snacking, new connections to be made. My hope is that you’ll come along for the journey, discover your own favourite Nom Noms, and feel part of this story as it grows.
