Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nom Nom Nattsu, we want you to be completely happy with your order. Every batch is made in small quantities, with care, in Melbourne, but because our snacks are perishable food products, there are some important things to know about returns and refunds.

Perishable Food Policy

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any of our products if you change your mind. Once our Nom Noms leave our kitchen, they cannot be resold or reused.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us investigate and improve our service. In these cases, we’ll offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund (processed back to your original payment method).

Allergens & Ingredients

All ingredients and allergens are clearly listed on our packaging and website. It’s your responsibility to check this information before ordering, as we cannot offer refunds where allergens have not been checked prior to purchase.

Order Issues & Customer Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us at info@nomnomnattsu.com.au. While we cannot accept returns on food, we take feedback seriously and will do our best to resolve any issues.

Shipping Delays

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of our delivery partners (e.g., Australia Post). We cannot refund or replace orders delayed due to postal service disruptions outside our control. However, if a parcel arrives significantly damaged, please contact us so we can help.

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)
